Effective as of December 29, 2020
On this day (cue “Metalingus”), you and Brainbuster Tees agree to a mutual contract for Brainbuster Tees to provide merchandise creation and distribution for yourself and other entities you may represent.
Both parties agree that you will supply Brainbuster Tees with the graphics and details required for merchandise creation. You acknowledge that all artwork uploaded to the site is your property. All artwork shall remain your property to do with as you please. Brainbuster Tees shall hold no exclusivity over your artwork or merchandise.
You will pay a base price, supplied by Printful, Inc., for the merchandise and its printing. This cost will be paid out of a retail price designated by you. Brainbuster Tees will be entitled to 12% of the difference between retail and base price, except in the case of bulk orders. All costs and fees will come out of the retail price, with no fees or costs being due upfront. In the case of bulk orders, you will pay the base price, plus 12% of the difference between retail price and the base price.
Occasionally we will run sales on your items without notice and you agree to a reduced commission for sales made during these periods.
Brainbuster Tees will provide an online storefront for you to sell the designated merchandise. Brainbuster Tees will handle all of the creation, sales, and distribution of merchandise to the customer. You will be paid on the first of every month via the payment method of your choice. Brainbuster Tees will be responsible for all taxes and compliance. Brainbuster Tees will not be liable for any issues created by its drop shipping partner (Printful, Inc.) but will do everything in its power to mitigate any such issues.
This contract is effective as of the date of signing and carries no expiration date. However, contract may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason.
